Thirteen years on Beverly Boulevard, and the room still turns on the custom pouring station rather than the seating. The roasting is the shop's own, done off-site in Koreatown, and the sourcing stops at the country: no farm, no varietal, no altitude behind it, which for a room built around the pour is the missing half.
