Your account

Sign in the way you first did. If you created the account with Google and later tap Apple, you get a second account rather than the one you already have: sign in with Google, then connect Apple under Login methods on your account page.

Apple can hide your address behind a relay when you sign in with it. That relay is a different address from your real one, which is why it does not join up with an account you already made.

Forgot your password? Ask for a reset link from the sign-in page. The link expires; request a fresh one if it has.

Delete your account

Open your account page, go to the profile pane, and choose Delete account. It is immediate and it cannot be undone. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what it removes and what survives.

Membership and billing

Bourbon is one payment of $9.99. Gesha is $19.99 every three months and renews until you cancel it from Manage billing on your account page. Cancelling stops the next charge, and the period you already paid for runs out.

Refunds, and what happens to a subscription when an account is deleted, are in the Terms, under Membership and billing.

Paid and the badge has not appeared? Give it a minute, then reload your account page. If it is still missing, email us with the date and the amount.

Report something

Comments and photos carry a report control on the page they sit on. For anything else, email us the link to the page and what is wrong with it. We remove abusive content and we block the accounts that post it.

Your data

Ask what we hold, correct it, or have part of it deleted: email us. The Privacy Policy has the full list, including what a deleted account leaves behind.

Trouble on the app

If a page will not load, check the connection and try again. If sign-in loops back to the form, sign out and sign in again.

Still stuck? Email us with the shop or page you were on and what happened.
