By using Curated(the “Site”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Curated is a free, editorial directory of specialty-coffee cafes in Los Angeles. Listings, scores, and notes reflect our independent opinions and observations at the time of the visit. They are provided for general information and are not professional advice.

Cafes change hours, prices, roasters, and policies — sometimes overnight. We date every listing so you can judge how current it is, but we can't guarantee a detail is right at the moment you read it. Confirm anything that matters (hours, laptop policy, accessibility) directly with the cafe before you go.

Our scores are set by named curators against a published method. Cafes cannot pay for a listing, a score, or placement. A cafe appearing on the Site does not imply it endorses us or vice versa.

When you nominate a cafe or otherwise send us content, you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, edit, and publish that content in the directory. We review every nomination and may decline or remove any submission at our discretion; nothing is published automatically.

Don't use the Site to break the law, scrape or republish our content at scale without permission, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, or submit content that is false, defamatory, or infringing. We may suspend access for misuse.

The Site's editorial content, scores, written notes, design, and branding are owned by Curated and protected by applicable law. You may link to and share our pages; you may not copy substantial portions of the directory or pass our content off as your own.

Listings may link to cafe websites, social accounts, maps, and roasters we don't control. We're not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third-party sites.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curated is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any listing. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.
