Angie Chun's family ran Coffee Code in Buena Park before this, and the instinct carried over — put the roaster's name next to the coffee.

No in-house roasting — the bar rotates a slate of specialty roasters (Ona, Onyx, Fritz, Perc, Cool Roast Curves) with Pour Over a real $5.95 menu line naming single origins by roaster. Retail bags sold behind those same sections carry name and price only, with no farm, altitude or process printed.

No architect or studio is credited for the room. What this address has instead is the list behind the bar, and croissants baked here every morning.
