Curator’s note
Mandarin's second room works like a record shop for roasters: Sey, Prodigal, Tanager, and Flower Child rotate through the grinders while the retail wall reaches to Terraform. Pour-overs are listed by producer and varietal, and the iced ones get a menu of their own.

The coffee
A multi-roaster bar through and through: elite names across espresso and filter, pour-overs listed by producer and varietal, and a separate iced pour-over list. Retail bags run Sey and Prodigal to Chinese roasters like Terraform.
The room
Light wood, natural light, and a patio on Colorado: a quieter room than the original Lake Avenue stand, with the attention pushed onto the brew bar. Pastries are the whole food program; the focus lives in the cup.
