Roosevelt Coffee

A family opened this one in February 2023 and has poured nothing but Sightglass since, with the roaster's own Los Angeles crew still coming down to run training days on the bar. The seasonal drinks get silly in the right way, black sesame one month and a lychee espresso tonic the next, and the coffee still arrives in a ceramic cup.

Every drink on the bar runs on Sightglass, the San Francisco roaster Roosevelt partnered with on opening day in 2023, and the Sightglass Los Angeles team still comes down to train the crew. Retail bags sell in the room and drip is the house pour, with the seasonal list, not a hand-brew bar, carrying the interest here.

An office-park room off Roosevelt with big tables at the back, a patio, and enough seats that they are all taken by two in the afternoon. The pastries and market goods come from small local makers, Mula's ube-coconut cookies and Kokonut's jars among them, and the back room turns into an embroidery workshop some Sundays.
