Luxxe's beach room asks for a real pause: no WiFi on purpose, a private terrace in back, and the Pacific across the street to look at instead of a screen. The pour-overs run through Bee House drippers, which suits the unhurried premise.

Milanese-style espresso and Bee House pour-overs of the house roast from Il Laboratorio, hot and iced, with organic pastries and breakfast sandwiches beside them. The retail shelf runs deeper here than in the older rooms.

A bright, compact room in the Malibu Sands Center with a private terrace tucked in back and the ocean across PCH. It closed for months after the January 2025 Palisades fire and pours again on the same corner.
