This address is the plant, where Lim has roasted under this name since 2010: ten house-roasted bags and nothing borrowed, several of them microlots from named producers like Diego Bermudez and Nestor Lasso, with mill, elevation, varietals and drying method printed on the product pages. A roastery that prints the wet mill on the bag has already said where its attention goes.

The cafe doubles as the company's roastery, set inside City Market South — eight historic produce warehouses converted into creative offices and retail. Yeekai Lim founded the whole thing as a working architect and principal of miL Studio, so coffee here has always been adjacent to a drafting table.
