Curator’s note

A four-item pour-over list with origin and tasting notes is more coffee program than most two-month-old cafes put on the board. The company says it roasts its own, from 84-to-87-point greens out of Colombia, Panama, Ethiopia and Brazil, though the retail listings contradict each other — one bag is titled Brazil and described as Colombia on the same line.

The coffee

Named single origins hold the pour-over bar (Ethiopian Mirado at $7.50, Colombian Supremo at $6.50), from beans the company says it roasts itself — though no listing carries a roast date and the origin labels contradict each other.

The espresso is a double shot of single origin in the cappuccino, with a cortado at $5. No barista credential or competition record is attached to the bar.
