Nam Coffee
The second Nam, a phin bar on a working Chinatown block.

Curator’s note
Nam's second room is smaller than the flagship and points its patio at produce stalls and hair salons. The coffee did not change on the way over — one family's farm on Langbiang mountain, roasted light and slow, run through a phin — which is the whole reason to trust a bar this new.
The coffee
Same single-farm Da Lat sourcing and house blends as East Hollywood. Phin-brewed base under the sweeter builds; retail bags carry roast level and tasting notes.
Phin-first, with the menu spanning Vietnamese classics and sweeter cafe builds, on a bar still newer than the flagship's.
