The room is a Rad the Studio buildout: natural woods against cobalt blue, Danish tables with curved wooden legs, pendant globe lighting, a terrazzo stone bar. The coffee is the plainer half — house-branded beans contract-roasted by True Love Coffee of San Juan Capistrano, and Woodrum has said outright there is no light roast here, which in Norway would be the default.

The house label is private-label work: Lee Lizotte of True Love Coffee roasts it in San Juan Capistrano, and no origin, farm, or varietal appears on the menu, homepage, or Instagram. Nordic light roasts are not part of it either — 'We don't have a light roast, which is very common in Norway,' Woodrum has said.

Rad the Studio built the interiors off the owners' Norwegian heritage: natural woods against bold cobalt blue, a terrazzo bar, globe pendants, and tables imported from Denmark whose curvy legs get echoed in wavy shapes on the walls. Top Notch Sign Co. hand-painted the sign, and a shop that opened on Norwegian Constitution Day was never going to do the theme quietly.
