Ritual Cafe

A cafe that doesn't roast can still say exactly whose coffee it is, and Ritual does — the Memphis roaster it pours prints producer, farm and altitude down to Ture Waji at Sooko Coffee in the Guji Zone. Every syrup is built in the shop, and for a single room that is a lot of intention per square foot.

Almost the entire program runs on Cxffeeblack, a Sprudgie Notable Roaster whose bags here name producer, process and altitude, though no listing carries a roast date.

The pour-over rotates by season and the cold brew is made in house on Cxffeeblack's Guji Mane, with every syrup built in the shop; nobody behind the bar carries a published credential or competition record.
