Sip & Sonder at The Music Center
A coffee window on the Disney Hall plaza, and the brand's last cafe
Curator’s note
This is the smallest thing Sip & Sonder does: a service window on the plaza in front of Disney Hall, shut by one o'clock on weekdays. The Inglewood flagship that housed the roaster closed at the end of 2025, which leaves this window carrying a brand considerably bigger than itself — the two house profiles, a washed Papua New Guinea and a natural Ethiopia, still come off the founders' own Bellwether.
The coffee
The coffee carries the brand's own roastery label, with origin-level detail on the retail bags but no roast dates or varietals, and the two founding house profiles were a washed Papua New Guinea and a natural Ethiopia.
Espresso-forward with signature lattes like the Cardi Rose and a Lavender Espresso Tonic; the board carries no pour-over and no manual brew, and no barista credential or competition record is published.
