Succulent Coffee Roasters
Hex tile, cubby shelves and potted succulents at PCH and Warner, with the roaster next door.
Curator’s note
The pour-over keeps office hours: $7.25 for twelve ounces, noon to 3:30, and outside that window the answer is no. Behind it sit eight single origins named to country, region and process, roasted a wall away.
The coffee
Everything is roasted in-house next door to the cafe, and the flagship New Wave Light Roast blend scored 93 from Coffee Review. The retail lineup names eight single origins to country, region and process, but no bag carries a farm name or a roast date.
Dark hexagonal tile carries the wordmark behind the espresso bar and repeats at a display nook, with warm wood counters, round stools, patterned wallpaper, white cubby shelving and potted succulents doing the styling. The same wordmark runs out to the cups and the menu boards, which makes this a coordinated room rather than a counter with a logo stuck on it.
