The Boy & The Bear
The Grey Store — grey concrete, layered greenery, and the soft diffused light of the Colombian páramos.
Curator’s note
The Grey Store is built on the Colombian páramos — fog, freshness, light that arrives soft and diffused. Grey concrete carries the room, greenery grows through it as structure, and the brand's own word for the intent is a room designed for time.
The coffee
The house Colombian-first program a short drive from the roastery itself: espresso, pour-overs, and the Emerald Series rare lots, with matcha and fresh pastries in the case. Origin-named retail bags — Bolivia: Finca Rosita, Peru: Juihuay — sit on the shelf.
Grey concrete as the foundation, layered greenery treated as structure, copper as the single warm accent. Indoor seating runs deep and the atmosphere stays low and even — an interior fog for slow mornings.
