The Boy & The Bear
The Blue Store — the brand's headquarters room, every wall painted its own shade of one found blue.
Curator’s note
The Blue Store began with a color the founders found on an ordinary object and liked enough to build a whole room around. Every wall wears its own shade of that muted blue depending on where the light lands, with burnt orange and white oak keeping it warm.
The coffee
The house Colombian-first roast runs the bar — espresso, pour-overs, and the Emerald Series rare lots — with matcha and fresh pastries beside them. Origin-named retail bags — Bolivia: Finca Rosita, Peru: Juihuay — sit on the shelf.
A family of blues, one slightly lighter and one slightly darker, over mid-century lines with rust brown and white oak giving the eye a place to rest. The palette is precise enough that the store page prints its CMYK values.
