Curator’s note

One co-owner is the roaster and the other is a certified Q Arabica Grader who signs off on the quality of every batch. Plenty of roasters would pad the list with an Ethiopia; this one keeps the whole argument inside Colombia.

The coffee

Roasting is on site and in small batches, across nine single origins and a decaf tagged to farm and varietal, from an SL-28 natural to a Tabi washed. The printed board keeps a standing pour-over section priced by origin, and the Blue Gesha Natural credits producer Newerley Gutierrez Falla at 1,900 meters with a cupping score of 90, though no bag prints a roast date.

The room

Inside is one small counter room: white walls, black menu boards, a black-and-white patterned tile face on the counter, polished concrete, rattan dome pendants over a mustard wall, exposed wood beams, and burlap coffee sacks hung overhead. Indoor seating amounts to a few high tops with the yellow drum roaster standing in view behind the bar, so the fenced patio under yellow umbrellas is where most people end up.
